1. Terms

By accessing or using the Omni Platform, API, SDKs, website (https://www.omni.channel), or client reference applications, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and comply with all applicable local, national, and international laws. If you disagree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from accessing or using our Services.

2. Rules of Conduct & API Usage

When utilizing our platform, API, or applications, you must adhere to these rules:

• Do not attempt to reverse engineer or decompile our API gateway or control plane.
• Do not attempt to circumvent tenant data isolation boundaries or access unauthorized resources.
• Do not use the Services for unauthorized redistribution without prior written agreement.
• Do not execute automated denial-of-service queries or abuse API rate limits.
• Do not upload or process material that is obscene, violent, or discriminatory.
• Do not violate third-party intellectual property or privacy rights.
• Do not route traffic to LLM providers in violation of those providers' terms of use.
• Do not engage in illegal activities or encourage others to do so.

We reserve the right to suspend accounts or terminate API access without prior notice for violations.

3. Accounts, Security, and API Keys

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including control plane access tokens and API keys. You must immediately notify Omni of any unauthorized access. Omni will not be liable for losses caused by unauthorized use of your credentials.

4. Data Ownership & Intellectual Property

• Your Data: Developers and users retain all ownership and intellectual property rights in the content they upload or route through the Services.
• Omni IP: Omnichannel Limited retains all rights in the Omni Platform, APIs, SDKs, logos, websites, databases, and reference application.

5. Terminating Your Account

Registered users or developers can deactivate their accounts at any time via the console or by contacting support. Runtime resources will be scheduled for deletion within 30 days.

6. Disclaimer

The platform materials and services are provided "as is." Omnichannel Limited disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted or secure.

7. Limitations of Liability

In no event shall Omnichannel Limited be liable for any damages arising out of the use or inability to use the Omni Platform or API, even if notified of the possibility of such damage.

8. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom.
